What ever happened to being polite and customer care,the old maxim in the uk (the customer is always right)not any more he/she is second to thier systems,which don't work.Sorry is the forgotten word.
Recently i have had problems with delivery six weeks late, other items delivered and found defective.
Each time people have quoted me their procedures and systems, i don't care about that i want good service and reasonable quality,do you find it the same.
