Computer Question:
I know this may be a some do, some dont question, but, I wanted to get a feel for the number of forum members who use a mouse.
As I've posted before, I have a laptop that I bought in August 2011. It seems to be working fine.
I had an optical mouse which I transferred from my old desktop. The mouse is several years old. In the last day or so, I find I have been having trouble navigating the mouse. I'm not sure if there is a piece broken, or something else is wrong.
I've seen my father use his laptop, and even when hes home, he told me he doesnt use a mouse, as he doesnt find it necessary. I tried to disconnect my mouse after I started having trouble with it, but find I'm having trouble controlling the computer as I've seen my father do, when the mouse isnt plugged in.
I realize I may need another mouse, and that such is not a major expense. I'm just wondering if anyone might have an idea what might be wrong with my mouse, and whether or not I need a mouse at all.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Mitch
