Heya all.
I've seen a lot of people having computer problems recently, be it codecs, viruses or anything. So I'm gonnna do my best to help however I can. If you've got any problems, just let me know here and I'll see what I can do you 🙂 .

If nothing else it helps me learn more about computers ^_^ .

Nah, we secretly plan to reestablish the empire. And I eat kittens. Fluffy kittens!

I like to know whether it is possible to save all saved smilies in msn messenger in case a complete new installation is needed, for example after a reinstallation of windows.
In my case I use win2K and msn messenger 7.0.

Hmm, a tricky one. But I think this program may be able to help you out 🙂 .

My virus scanner immediately recognized this program as harmful and deleted it even before I could install it.

Im wondering if your security software will give you an option to allow certain programs to go through?

Dear Kimiko,

This is a real problem that I encountered with my computer.

If I click on an e-mail link on a site, both in Mozilla Firefox and IE, at first nothing happens and my pc seems to hang up. But after a short while suddenly IE opens dozens of windows with error messages (I once hat about 100 opened after I clicked the link more than once). I suppose Outlook or Outlook Express should start, but that doesn't happen. Even if I first let the system know that Outlook Express is the program to use. How can I tell my pc to start the e-mail program when clicked on an e-mail link?

Hiya 🙂 .

As far as I can see, the problem is that you need to set outlook as your default mail client. To do this, use the following steps:

Open Internet explorer. Select TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the "programs" tab at the top of the window. There should be a list there of different programs. Change the "email" program to Outlook or outlook express.

Hope this helps 🙂 .
