Consensus on this?

This is from Mandy Moore's appearance on Regis and Kelly earlier. Regis wants to see her new tattoo which happens to be on her toe (they go to a closeup of her bare foot) and Regis touches it and you hear what seems to be Mandy squealing for a second and then she pulls her foot away and says something I can't quite make out. Might not be tickling at all but I think it's worth a debate.

I heard the words "feet" and "disgusting" out of (I'm guessing) Mandy's mouth...which would be too bad...but why bring attention to that part of your body, especially if you're a tall girl, like Mandy is, if it's disgusting...who knows...there WAS a squeal though...

Mandy is funny that way. Officialy she doesn't like her feet and hates having attention drawn to them and yet she seems to revel in the attention...showing off her sandals, performing barefoot, wearing foot jewelry, and did you notice she practically had her shoe off before she even started protesting about it? She's an enigma.

I think Mandy said "Close up on feet" then went in to how it's disgusting. Hehe, I think she's one of those who likes showing them off, but acts like she doesn't. But great clip.
