Hey All,
First I'd like to start by saying that if you want to laugh at me for this, that's fine I'm a big boy, I can take it🙂 It is my understanding that Jeff at Magic Touch has heavily financed this TMF endeavour out of his own pocket (to which we all owe him a great deal). I was joking around in chat today, and actually thought that it was a good idea when I thought of it, and I just wanted some input. I have organized many groups in the past, and one thing that most of these groups did is have a cook book. I know, I know, a TMF cookbook.....but why not. I know how to have these books made up at very little expense (which I am willing to swallow). We could have anyone that enters this forum donate recipes, which I will leave an email address at which they can be sent if the idea flies. If there is enough interest I would have the books made up and sell them for somewhere in the neighbourhood of $5-10 apiece. That's also Canadian funds too 😀 The money could then be passed on to Jeff and whoever else is helping finance this room.
Before I do anything I would like some input to see if this idea would even get off the ground. Don't worry, the books would be done so that you could leave them with the rest of your cookbooks. Maybe just titled TMF something or other. All input is appreciated. If enough people think this is a worthwhile endeavour, then I am more than willing to undertake it. Let's hear what you have to say about it.
