For all my food-minded friends out there, I just learned that adding too much sesame chili oil to a hot wok will create a noxious fume that will clear your sinuses an make your friends flock from your kitchen. Try it today!
 
For maximum effectiveness, try to saute a Scotch Bonnet pepper in oil as I did once, not knowing then what they were or how to handle such things (my hands burned for a day or so afterward too, from touching the cut surfaces of it while slicing it!).
 
I've never heard of a Scotch Bonnet pepper. I'm gonna have to look into that for my chili.
