This is from Mandy Moore's appearance on Regis and Kelly earlier. Regis wants to see her new tattoo which happens to be on her toe (they go to a closeup of her bare foot) and Regis touches it and you hear what seems to be Mandy squealing for a second and then she pulls her foot away and says something I can't quite make out. Might not be tickling at all but I think it's worth a debate.

I think Mandy could have ticklish feet but I'm not sure. I think that Kelly has admitted to having very ticklish feet. It would be great if they did a show from a spa where Kelly and Mandy would be treated to an all day session which included a full body wrap. Regis could tickle their feet when they were both all wrapped up and then we would know if Mandy is ticklish or not.

I am very pleased to announce to you all that Mandy Moore does in fact have ticklish feet. She said so in a interview she did last year or the year before. The subject of her feet came up and she was talking about how big they were (they are big too, just the way I like them)! She was asked if her feet were ticklish and she said yes, then she said not just her feet, other places too! I think she likes her feet because she is barefoot alot. She does alot of concerts barefoot and she also likes to take her shoes off alot when she is on talkshows. She did on "The View" and "The Sharon Osbourne show"! God I love her feet!!!

Right you are,T,for Regis always likes to expose his bare feet whenever he can(at least he used to,when he had his own solo shows,before Kathie Lee came along...).
