covering your online tracks...

This is a question for those in live-in relationships... married, engaged, living together etc...

Regardless of whether your significant other knows of your "interest" in tickling...
to what degree does your partner know of your online activities as they relate to tickling?

My wife doesn't know. I keep my tracks covered well, I don't even know if she would mind, but why mess with what works.

I used to take every measure possible in covering my tracks. I'd delete all my cookies, delete the history files every time I closed Internet Explorer, never keep any clips or images saved on my hard drive, etc. I kinda stopped for multiple reasons, though.

1. My wife doesn't know how to search for that stuff anyway.
2. Now that I have Windows XP, we have separate profiles with
separate histories.
3. She already knows about my fascination, but I don't think she
understands how deeply ingrained into my being it is, so I almost
want her to catch me visiting this forum.

Because of all this, I take more of a haphazard approach with covering my tracks.

Covering tracks

I heard on the radio program of the digital godess Kim Komando that there is a program that can be a big problem. If anybody else has access to your computer they can install a key monitor. The program records every action on the computer. The dangerous thing is it installs very deep and you have to know where it is to find it. It also has options like hiding with no icons or changing its name. I don't remember the name of the program but just wanted to make you aware that it does exist. Anybody who has access to your computer, with this program installed, will be able to reconstruct your entire online or offline trail. Pretty scary.

For anyone interested in keeping their tracks covered, I'd go to http://download.com/ and search for a program called "Hide Folders." It's what I use to keep my material private when friends want to mess with my computer. The shareware version is awesome!

Very scary... worst part is that it was created by the CIA and given even more potential to be misused thanks to the PATRIOT act. It goes by several names, started out as Carnivore, now it's Magick Lantern or something... check out this site for some reasons to truly fear this program....

I wouldn't want to upset the applecart... Everything is good... My wife has no problem with me tickling her, and she has no idea of my "P.H. Tickler" alter-ego (well, basically the same but online lol)

I don't worry about it at home at all....so nice being married to a fellow ticklephile!. I've had to deal with it in other settings, though. We just gave our old computer to my folks. Before taking it up, I scoured it several times searching for anything tickle or fetish related. They know that we enjoy tickling. But, they have no idea of the extent of it or of the site or anything like that.

Not a risk taker!

I just recently clued my husband in on my tickle fetish. I kept my secret all my life until now. He has been very responsive to my needs and in return has been getting a lot more service out of me. I am the happiest I've ever been. If he didn't know, I wouldn't be on this Forum, plain and simple. He could find out anything he wanted about my online life.
