It's not a pleasant story so please don't read it if you are offended by information on tickle abuse,
but I read it in Russian criminal news about a disgusting man who was eventually charged for domestic violence.
He married a woman with a child and he used to beat his stepson when he was drunk and when the wife tried to oppose him he pinned her down and tickled her ribs mercilessly without pause and laughed at her while she was overwhelmed by silent laughter trying to catch her breath and fully submitted to his tickling, not being able to do anything to stop it.
