Your proportions are close, but not quite there. The "ideal" figure is 8 heads high, with "real" figures (and many cartoons) being shorter.

Body proportions
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In art, body proportions are the study of relation of human body, or in general, animal body, parts to each other and the whole, essential for depiction of the overall figure.
Some common proportional relationships for humans:
Body:
* The average adult human figure is about 7 to 7.5 heads tall.
* The idealized human figure is traditionally represented as being 8 heads tall.
* 8 head proportions:
1. head
2. from the bottom of the head to the middle height of a chest (place where women's nipples should be)
3. from previous position to the navel
4. from previous position to the pubis
5. from previous position to the middle height of thigh
6. from previous position to the middle height of a calf
7. from previous position to the point just below the ankles
8. from previous position to the feet
* The pubis is at mid-height of the average adult figure.
* The length of the shin is equal to the length of the hip for an average adult figure.
* When the body stands upright, the length of the arm is such that the finger tips come down to mid-thigh.
* The arms' wingspan (measured from the tips of the middle fingers) is about equal to the body height.
* The length of the foot is about equal to the length of the forearm.
Head:
* The eyes are at the mid-height of the head.
* The head also can be divided into thirds - from the top of the head to the bottom of the forehead, from the bottom of the forehead to the bottom of the nose, and then from there to the bottom of the chin.
* The width of the head is between four and five eyes wide.
* The height of the face is about equal to the length of the hand.
* The eyes are separated by a distance of one eye width.
* The bottom of the nose to the corner of the eye is equal to the height of the ear.
* The width of the base of the nose is equal to the width of the eye.
* The width of the mouth is equal to the distance between pupils, or the width of two eyes.

Overall your figure is ~7.5 heads tall, so that's OK. Cartoons do often have big heads relative to body size, but this isn't necessary.
(In cases where the figure is shorter than 8 heads, I find it useful to divide the body into seven pseudo-heads for determining where the nipples, navel, knees, etc, should be. Also, it should go without saying that all the measurement-locations are approximate. If you need to adjust things to make a particular drawing look better, then do it.)
Particular points that struck me as problematic about your drawing are
-- eyes too high on the head. They should be half way between the top of the head and the chin. Really (see attached drawing). This is a *very common* error from what I've seen (and according to the conventional wisdom, as well).
-- breasts too high up
-- no neck
-- big hands (The feet are actually OK, IMO. Feet should be roughly one "head" long, & hands about 2/3 the length of the foot.)
-- NO CURVES. A human body really does need to be curvy. Especially a female one
🙂 You seem to have used too many straight lines
-- Looks flat. You need to either use shadows or lines or some other trick to indicate roundness & 3d-ness
You mentioned that you use Paint to create your drawings. What I'd suggest is to get a better program. I use CorelDraw, but that's just me - I much prefer working with vectors & editable curves than with pixels and paint tools. If you don't want to spend money, I know that there are freeware programs you can download that will do better for you than Paint. If nothing else, you can get a program that has more colors available.
If you want a book recommendation, one I'd recommend for advice on drawing the head & figure is (wait for it)
Drawing the Head & Figure by Jack Hamm.
