Cruelest Tickling Tool

What is the cruelest tool to tickle feet with?
I've had much success with all of the above, except the animal tongue. I don't have any livestock around to lick honey off of bound supermodels feet.

Of course, does anyone have enough livestock and supermodels around? Is it possible to have enough livestock and supermodels around?

Hairbrush!!!

one of those big ones with the large plastic ball-ended bristles.
Another recent discovery is the "Braidini" tool on a skintight pair of pantyhose. This device puts braids in long hair, consists of 3 prongs that can either rotate individually about their own axes OR spin around a central axis... great on feet, thighs, knees... etc ;-)

I vote for the animal tongue, only due to the psychology involved. Does the animal have a clue what it's tongue is doing to the ticklee? Is there added humilation involved?

I'd go for finger nails, followed by the electric tooth brush. Although I've never experienced the latter I know exactly what my reaction would be: "OooOOooooo...stttoooopppp!"

Human tongue. It can have an incredible effect. It can be so pleasureable/ticklish, it can borderline on painful.

I can picture the other three, but a fork, thats a new one to me. does that really work? I would have thought that a fork would have been heading in the direction of pain. I definatley wouldnt want to risk been kicked in the face,lol
Anyway, for me I would say that wiggly toes are the crulest tickling tool.

I voted for animal tongue, but only because humans are animals (in more ways than one!). However, there are a few other items not listed that I find more effective then the others. First is the mind, as many have stated. Then come artist brushes, q-tips and feathers. Of course, that's just for those who respond best to a light touch. A light brushing of fingertips, with or without nails, can be good too. 😀

Biggest shriek I ever got was with a hairbrush on my coiusin's feet. However if I had a free choice of tools to start with, it's be MY teeth and tongue. No set of toes and soles would be the same after they'd experienced them.
