It'd be ground for an experiment. 😀
Are women more sexually stimulated by tickling than men are?
I'm not totally sure. As it seems, ticklishness is variable and it's sometimes a stress reaction. The more stressed, the more you are ticklish.
Not completely satisfactory an answer, but, this is what Dr Insabato pointed out in his studies on the matter.
[Dr Insabato, Psicopatologia del solletico - don't ask me about year or editor. Can't remember right now]
We don't know for sure if sexual stimulation is something we are born with and into, or if we can "educate" it so as to "gain" new way to reach pleasure.
Either way, we can't ban both social and physical reasons. Women might be more ticklish because they are physically and physiologically different - OR - they might be because society allowed/forced them to be so.
Of course we could also speak of "macho theories" and point out ticklishness is somehow perceived as "unmanly", so, despite feminism, sexual equality and modern culture, many men - even tk enthusiasts - might be shy about it.
After all, sexual pleasure without full act or anything strong enough [like strict bondage or blood spilling] might belittle some men.
Don't we forget we are the age that invented viagra... so, we aren't THAT modern after all. 😀 😀 😀
And we still should ask some women about how and what they feel! 🙂
Well, that's it. My verbose 2 eurocents!
Reg's!
