Customers not Happy with Video on Demand Prices

Cable companies continue to dominate the $1.3 billion video-on-demand movie
rental market, but customers when asked are not pleased with video-on demand prices.
There is a lot of competition. Net Flicks, Redbox, Blockbuster etc.


“One of the enduring themes seen, and this is across most cable providers, is paid movie VOD rentals are not seen as providing good value for the price,. :iagree:

Research has shown that customers have an issue with some who paying $100
for cable service and then having to pay another $4 or $5 for a movie rental.”:iagree::snoopy:

Many of these customers surveyed instead would rather purchase the movie and own it
as a part of their own DVD collection.


When asked what a good price should be for Video- on- demand… Survey says Free…:shock2:

The Fat Cats will not give their customers that kind of a deal
:shock:
