do this:
open notebook and type the following lines:

copy/b "tickling_0032_1.mpeg" + "tickling_0032_2.mpeg" "tickling_0032.mpeg"
copy/b "tickling_0032.mpeg" + "tickling_0032_3.mpeg" "tickling_0032.mpeg"
copy/b "tickling_0032.mpeg" + "tickling_0032_4.mpeg" "tickling_0032.mpeg"
copy/b "tickling_0032.mpeg" + "tickling_0032_5.mpeg" "tickling_0032.mpeg"

then save the file in the same folder as your .mpeg files located. change extension from .txt to .bat (or save as .bat format file directly). double click the .bat file. you got joinded file which should be 6161 kb.

Is this command works only with MPEG clips
