Hi,

They will SOMETIMES answer direct responses to threads, but usually they just post and leave.

I'm actually having a difficult time getting my membership from them cancelled. Twice I emailed them directly and Jane herself, assuming she runs the site, did contact me back by email. They gave me my cancellation code but I had to go to ccbill myself and cancel it.
