D.C. area tickling

Hi, I'm looking for others in the D.C. area for some tickle fun. I am a very ticklish guy, and also a great tickler. I like both being tickled and doing the tickling. I am very responsive as the ticklee because I'm so ticklish all over, and I am a devious tickler since I know just how torturous tickling can be!
