is it just me, or is Townsville the stupidest name for a city in the history of western civilisation? They may as well call it Citytown or something else from a children's cartoom.

Talking about funny city names: I own a guide book about New York and adjacent states, and the subtitle reads:
"From Intercourse, PA, to Loveladies, NJ"... 😛
