Well..

Though the link to her official site at www.dannii.com doesn't seem to work anymore, when the site was up someone posted a link to the 'ask dannii' section where a question was answered that went something like this -
Q. Hi Dannii, I was just wondering whether you or your sister were ticklish anywhere?
A. Very! My brother used to hold me down and tickle me til I cried!

So there you have it. If you can get on the site, you should be able to verify this. One can only speculate as to whether that answer includes Kylie or not, but I personally hope that it does.
