"Elka: - Pleahahahase, my dark lord! Give me a second chance! I won’t fail again, I swear! HAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Dark Lord: - A second chance? What makes you think, little useless wretch, that you deserve another after such a failure? The magical wand was crucial to our plans, and you... you let it slip away.
Elka: - It It wahahas ahaha mistake, my great and magnificent lord! The princess had a guard more prepared than I imagined; I was almost discovered. But now I know their routines, their weaahahaknesses... Please. I won’t fail ahaha a again!
Dark Lord: - So you know their weaknesses? What about yours, cowardly and sneaky creature? How can I trust you if you can't endure even the mildest of punishments I can offer?
Elka: - Trembling - I cahahahaha... I Can endure it! I can endure ahanything for you, my magnanimous lord! Just... just, please, don’t punish me like this...
Dark Lord: - (Smiling cruelly under his steel helmet) So... you don’t like the tickling?
Elka: - Whimpering - No, my lord! I hate it! I’ll do anything, anything, but pleaahahase don’t doho thihis...
Dark Lord: - Ah, but that’s precisely the point, isn’t it? Failure has consequences, and you, my little tick, need to learn that you can’t escape them. So... let’s continue...
Elka: - Desperate - NOOOOOOOOHOHO, please! NOOOOOO! HAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
Dark Lord: - (Laughing while continuing to tickle Elka's sole mercilessly) There is no escape, my little minion. Next time, you’ll remember that failure is not an option. And only when I start to tire of your laughter, struggling, and cowardly pleas... maybe, just maybe, I’ll grant you that second chance..."
I'm not going to deny that for this work, I drew quite a bit of inspiration from Toermentor's work, a 3D artist like myself, who inspired me a lot, especially when I was just starting out in this. I invite you to check out his work. I have used goblins as ticklers a few times, but this time I wanted to do exactly the opposite. Let them suffer!
I designed the scene with the ending of those childhood series in mind, where the good protagonists defeat the evil villain and his minions, and at the end of the episode, he gives them a lesson to ensure they don’t fail him again... which they inevitably will in the next episode.
Instead of using the usual model I’ve used until now, I acquired a few morphs for G8F to create at least one goblin with a somewhat attractive and feminine appearance, rather than the small, repugnant, and evil monster I had been using. However, I did use the textures from that model for Elka.
As for the Dark Lord, although he is clearly menacing and evil-looking, I would have preferred a model more similar to Sauron rather than a Chaos Barbarian from Warhammer. That would have been a 10 out of 10 in terms of fitting the role, but I think this one can be rated a 9.
I edited and changed the eye texture for both characters to a fantastic one from my library that gives them a bright red appearance. I love how his eyes shine in the darkness under the helm.
Honestly, I expected this to take two or three days to render, but I had it done in 6 hours. I hope you like it.
