I love to tickle and like to Be tickled.
A nice smooth hairless armpit is my favorite target, but I will also attack whatever spot is most ticklish - when the most ticklish spot IS the armpit I am a very happy man.
I change speed, pressure, implement, and alternate sides - mixing it up so the brain can't get used to the sensations.

MY armpits are vulnerable IF you have just the right touch. Otherwise my ribs are probably your best shot.
