Death of Felicia the Cheerleader

Well it seems that everybody who was waiting for part 3 of this story will be heavily dissappointed, as am I. The moderators have removed "Felicia the Cheerleader", both parts 1 and 2, from this forum quickly, silently, and permanently, and I'm sure I know why. Both parts involved a character named Bobby, a 14 year old boy, tickle torturing Felicia, the 18 year old female protagonist. Now, technically this violates the rules of the site, and for that, I apologize to both the moderators and members of TMF.

With that said, I would like to point out that this isn't the first time that rule has been broken. I have seen stories on this very site that have broken this rule. But neither any of these stories, nor "Felicia the Cheerleader" have broken this rule in excess. We can all assume that the rule is placed there to filter out stories with heavy pedophilia content (young, prepubescent children getting tickled, stripped, tied up, or anything other forms of sexual content involving children too young to be involved in it). And I agree that a story involving a 7 year old being tied up and tickled has no place on this forum. But this was not the case in "Felicia the Cheerleader" or any of the other stories I have seen on this site. I have not seen any content that was inappropriate, nor have I written and submitted any. I have never seen any story that should have "disappeared without a trace", as "Felicia the Cheerleader" has.

Nobody who reviewed this story had any problems with content, including MTJpub who said it was an impressive debut for a first time author. And the rules about minors in stories/images says "We don't allow posts that involve any form of images or stories of an adult involved in tickling a minor." Nowhere in this story does a minor get tickled in any way, shape, or form (since Felicia is 18 and cannot age backwards).

So now that my case is presented, I am starting a petition of sorts. If you would like to see "Felicia the Cheerleader" return to TMF in its original form (not that any censored versions exist), then reply on this thread. If you have some words to say on my behalf, then please do so (in a respectful manner of course). Hopefully, with the help of the TMF community, a story that I'm sure many people enjoyed can see the light of day once again.

Did you type it in a word document? If you did, it's easily fixed. Do 'edit' 'replace,' then replace all isntances of '14' with '19.'

Also, don't take it to heart if the mods remove it. Think of your story as a proving ground that helped them refine the rules of the site. There will probably be a rule in the near future about no tickle-interaction between minors and adults, or something to that effect.

i agree that the story was very good and did not involve any minors bein tickled but i can also understand that the moderaters cannot risk having the story as it was (containing a minor tickling an adult) because this site as i understand has already had problems with the law about such things so to conclude maybe you could cut bobby from the story to make everyone happy

Please don't stop. You can easily correct the issue and move on. The rules regarding minors are there for a reason. I happen to agree with them completely and so should all others who are members of this board. The way things are going today we cannot (and the moderators more importantly) cannot take any thing for granted.

I must admit that until one member replied pointing out that there were minors in the story I had not noticed it. I must have glossed over it during my first read through because after I read the members post I re-read it and you mentioned the sister’s age once and the brother’s age twice.

Personally I don’t allow any of the stories or comics we publish at MTJ Publishing to contain characters under the age of 18. Regardless of how innocent their involvement in the plot might be.

This is an adult forum that caters to a sexual fetish. The TMF’s policy on this issue is right on the money. The story in it’s original state is clearly a violation of the rules.

Stories posted on the TMF cannot contain tickling interactions between adults and minors

tickling interactions do occur between a minor and an adult in this story.

Had I paid more attention and noticed the ages I honestly would not have replied. I still feel the story was well done. However when writing fantasy fiction for an adult fetish audience I would advise that you steer clear from using characters under the age of 18 in any capacity.

No amount of petitioning is going to get us to change our basic rule that no content can involve minors. I would recommend that you follow the above suggestion and change the age of the minor in question. If for some reason you feel that his age of 14 is integral to the story, then you can simply post it somewhere else.

Also, you say there are other stories with minors in them on the fourm. Please report them to us (The little "!" in a triangle symbol in the upper right of a post, is how you report a violation on that post) so we can remove them. We are unable to read every story posted and count on alert users to point them out to us.

I have read many stories over the years on the TMF that have contained minors directly involved in tickling ("Yes, another babysitter story" pops to mind, which might I add really explores the playfull return to innocence of tickling from a young boy's perspective)

The story was not offensive or perverted, but viewed tickling from a childs point of view.

Jkb's story is excellent, one of the best I've read on the TMF (yes I would go that far) Who cares if it involves a minor? It has no bearing on anyone's life, and by pointing it out its just making a mountain out of a mole hill. I challenge anyone to say honestly that the inclusion of a 14 year old boy personally offended them. Why be so prudish? You have my vote jkb!

The "minor" rule is there to protect us simple as that, with all that's going on in the world , the gov't as well as the general public are on a witch hunt and don't care who they go after so it's best this way.

Personally, anything involving minors does not belong on a fetish site of any sort. And 'thewindowguy64' is right, one of the last things you want is for the TMF to become lax with this type of stuff. You never know, you might find one day that the TMF gets shut down and labled as a kiddy porn site, whats more, one that you're connected to... and you don't want that.

I've edited it and there will be continuations. I'm in the middle of Part 3 right now. By the way, folks, feel free to comment on the story itself as well, seeing how it's been reposted and this thread is kind of absolete.

I do feel there is a double standered, when long standing members can write about a 14 year old tickling his 16 or 17 year old sister. or a group of young teen age boys gang tickling an oder woman, and it's aloud to stay on the forum. But thats because I don't think anybody should be aloud to do it. No story, art, or video should feature anybody under the age of 18, and I try to keep my characters older then tha (21 or so). I won't sighn a paition to allow your story to be returned, but I would put my name on one that demands the rule be kept fair.
