As you know, I had been tickling Dee's nylon feet in the office for a number of years with great success.
Then, one day, Dee comes into work and tells me
"I went to visit my sister straight from work yesterday and we were having a laugh when she went and tickled my nylon feet and I wasn't ticklish at all. I think I've stopped being ticklish on my feet"
"Well done", I said, but had something in mind.
"So if you're not ticklish any more, then its OK for me to tickle you and see whether it still holds true"
She agreed and said "You can test me anytime......I'm convinced I've solved my ticklishness"
The challenge was on......here's the clips from the video
I only had to wait a couple of days for the first opportunity. I set the camera running and then went around to her desk.
"OK - let's test this tickle thing then"
I grabbed her first foot and as soon as I started running a finger across her soles, she let out a whimper, then a giggle and then broke into a loud laugh " Hahahaha - I'm ticklish - hahahaha - I thought I wasn't ticklish any more - hahahahaa"
I said perhaps I should try the other foot
When I did the same thing on the other foot, she went into fits of laughter. You can see that she's trying to protect one of her feet with the other and keeps swapping and changing
I said "They both seem very ticklish to me"
She said "I can't understand it - hahahahahahaha - no more - hahahaha - I'm too ticklish today - hahahaha - try me another time"
I let her go and suggested that when we try these tickles, she should give a mark out of 10 to say how ticklish she is and then we can work out what sort of things may make her most ticklish.
She agreed......and then the next few tickles were hatched.
