Hello again:

Due to a variety of circumstances beyond my control, I have been forced to delete all those F/F pics I recently posted here. Originally, when I posted them, they were working fine. (Thank you to all those who gave me positive feedback, by the way.)

However, all of a sudden they weren't working. Everybody was seeing red x's. THIS IS THE REASON WHY:

MARCO FIORITO, the guy who runs the site these pictures came from ( http://www.mfvideo.com.br ), for some reason decided to change the URLs of EVERY SINGLE PICTURE, in such a way that ultimately ended up making it impossible for me or anyone to post them here. This also created a lot of inconvenience towards everyone...myself included.

So therefore, if you wish to see all those pics that I posted, then by all means go visit his site. You just might find many other interesting things there, as well.

Have a nice day.

The Rhythm Doctor

RhythmDoctor, obviously you posted these pics without the original site owner's consent, and therefore committed a copyright violation. It is Marco Fiorito's right to protect his pics.

Regardless how good the pics were, we should all stay on the lawful side of the fence, don't you think so? If Marco decides to advertise his pages on this forum, it's HIS decision! He would do us all a favor, but till then we'll have to live on without these pics.

ugh ... bad, bad, bad timing, Haltickling

Haltickling:

I'm very ashamed of your horribly selfish attitude towards this. I honestly expect better out of someone whom I respect (as much as I now once respected you). If me posting these pics "illegally" is such a concern to you, then why did you fail to say or do anything earlier? If I recall correctly, you were one of the first of many people who said something to the effect of "Wow, nice pics, thanks etc". Now you turn around and say this? I really hate to tell you this, but you just made yourself look like a two-faced hypocrit (or however the hell you spell that word.) I've always trusted your opinions and judgements until now.

Also, look at Marco's post in the Links/Page Updates section. Unless I'm hallucinating, he is in fact advertising his site. Therefore, he has already made the decision to do so.

And FINALLY: how DARE you accuse me of "copyright violation"?! Yes, I admit: I did not ask Marco for his permission. But I implore you to look at this angle: Pictures and various forms of other media are posted here and on countless other webpages on a more-than-regular basis. Ninety-nine percent of the time, it doesn't take much for anyone to figure out that the person who posted them did not ask for the owner's permission. NOBODY ASKS PERMISSION! There is so much material out there that it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO! I see NOBODY ELSE here getting their heads ripped off when they post something that doesn't belong to them.

Once again, if I recall correctly, the only media not allowed on the TMF is those that exist in certain websites' member sections. In THIS case, however, the pictures in question originate from a website which 1)nobody really knew about until now, and also 2) is free and has no such "members section".

In the future, I'd appreciate it if you gave yourself a little more thought before you end up making a comment such as this one. I had a very terrible day at work this evening; and the LAST thing I need right now is to come home having to deal with this bullshit.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone else out there. (People, please: don't start a flame war; that will only end up making this worse).

Hmmm...

Maybe Marco just wanted to revamp his web site and moved pictures around to a "better" location. Perhaps this does not have anything to do with copyright violation. It is possible that this is just a big misunderstanding.

Hey TheRhythmDoctor, I know how you feel. It takes effort to put material up, and when you get any kind of negative feedback it kind of frustrates the heck out of you. However, I am sure that Hailtickling did not mean anything bad (at least I surely hope so). From what I understood between the lines, he might have meant that "since you did not ask for permission to post the images" the author did not really have to notify you when he moved the images to a different location. He probably did not even know that you posted the links to the pictures.

Do not feel discouraged. Years from now, we will look back at this and we will laugh... Probably because we are being tickled. 🙂

Take care,

To RhythmDoctor

RythmDoctor, we should clarify a few things:

1) ALL media content (clips, pics, stories, songs) is protected by law as 'Intellectual Property' (I think the law is called Millennium Act). This means that your pictures BELONG to somebody, no matter if you found them free on the web.

2) If somebody who's not the owner of these pics publishes them without asking permission, he/she infringes on the owner's copyright, and that's what I called it. It's a kind of theft in the eyes of the law.

3) If the owner of these pics decides to advertise them in his own time and measure, it's HIS decision, not an outsider's like you. He might just not want your 'help', have you ever considered this?

4) Most people get away with ripping off pics and clips, and some of the material has been circulated for so long that not even the whole FBI staff could trace them back. But if you get caught stealing, you shouldn't cry out "Injustice! Why haven't you caught all the others first? Nobody asks first!" Marco Fiorito didn't sue you so far, he just chose to reorganize his site. Maybe not even because of your intrusion.

5) Yes, I liked the pics, probably because of their rareness. That, on the other hand, might be another reason for the owner to protect them. They're unique on the web, and Marco Fiorito may want it to remain that way. But it's not our duty as moderators to ask each member if he/she has acquired the material legally. In fact, every member posting here is responsible for him/herself and his/her action's consequences. In some cases (like paysites or footparadise material), we were asked not to publish their material here, and in some cases (like when it comes to access to minors), the administrators and moderators are bound by law to supervise it, that's when we intervene.

In fact we can't control if somebody commits a copyright infringement in most cases, and we're not forced to control it. I couldn't know of the fact you took Marco's pics without asking. That's a thing between you and the pics' owner. And we're not some legal advisors. I just pointed out that your complaining about getting caught in a theft is not a very wise motion, and I told you why.

6) This doesn't make me a hypocrite, and this doesn't justify any personal insults against me. You made it quite clear you want to offend nobody else, just me. This disqualifies you from serious discussion. There are people whose opinions on me matter to me, but you're just not one of them!

Think about that, and please don't continue this on the forum. You can contact me anytime at [email protected] , I usually reply within 24 hours.

Re: To RhythmDoctor (just a question)

Just a question....😕

If we just submit the exact link to a video or picture (not hosted from us) It be considered a copyright violation?

If not, the problem can be resolved.😎

I think that submit a url to a media file from an another site is not a violation.😉

Italtickler, the posting of a link is legal, as far as I know. The owner of the linked website is still entitled to ask us to remove that link, but at least that shouldn't qualify as copyright violation. I'm no lawyer though.

Just go back to the pics

The pics were great and I miss seeing them. But I went to the website and found pics for 4 vids, so maybe those are the ones you are looking for. Just go through the site and check for the ones you posted.

Hmmmm

Considering how many hits the forum dumped on those images, I bet the owner of the pics saw a rather large jump in his bandwidth usage. The site is quite professional, and I'm sure they are on top of such things. So rather then track down where the hits are arising from and bitching, they took the simple option, change the URL's of the images. It's what I would have done.

Basically most things that are posted here on the TMF are in violation of their owners copyrights. Any owner who asks for their stuff to be removed will have the request honored instantly. We also have a policy that prohibits the posting of images from pay sections of sites, or scans and clips from new products that were not used for ad purposes.

It's a fine balance. We help companies get more sales, and enjoy some of their media, but we also don't wish to steal from them either.

Posting of Links

See what happens when you just post a direct link to a picture is we get to see the picture but not go through the website's gateway. Some website do not like this because it takes away from their core business and drives up their processing time.

I don't fault Hal, their are so many ways for a site to make direct linking impossible. I feel it educates the web guys over at that site and forces them to make their site bullet proof.

Oh and the person who takes the photos owns the copywrite to them. I don't agree with this law, because I feel what is put up on the web should be public domain.. But I guess that is a law that needs to be changed..

Thanks Hal for all your work. Its not easy and you did a great job. I know it's a downer, but for a few short days you gave us all pictures we have never seen before.

Wow........this is very stupid...........

I'm very surprised at some of the posts I've seen in this thread........but, I have learned some things too, by just skimming through the posts. And I must say that, it makes me never want to post something from someone else's site in the future. But, I guess I don't really care......for I have all of these pics on my harddrive right now.....BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

If this sort of stuff is such a crime.....then I guess we are all guilty in a way, don't turn my friend Rhythm Doctor into an example.....let's just let this go........

MF Video (Brazilian Fetish Videos)

Hi Everyone

Myriads is right we are paying too much for bandwidth usage, than we decide to change, but I love tickling and people from The Tickling Media Forum too, we understand ALL our media content belong to us and is protected by law as well. But I don’t think anyone from Tickling Media Forum needs to ask for, if Mr. TheRhythmDoctor want to post our content on this forum he doesn’t need to ask my consent, only I have to say is Thanks to him, but I afraid to say that I fond lots of pay sites using our material to get money, it’s a copyright violation, and they should be arrested.

If you want to post our pictures on this Forum, let me know on my e-mail and it’ll be a pleasure to provide it.

My next tickle movie is going to be offered to The Tickling Media Forum Users, and the girls will thank you guys.

Thanks and sorry about it

Hal-

My heart went out to you when you were attacked so earlier in this thread.. But I see you have the intellectual muster to defend your correct position.

Here is what I did not know.....but your attacker so eloquently articulated:

If everyone is doing something illegal or immoral, than that makes it ok. We both need to remember this.

Holy crap!!!

You know something? This thing makes me look bad because Marco Fiorito is alarmingly similar to my name....Mark Fiorino!

I felt for the Doc.
Not everyone can remember every rule in the world.

I don't think he intentionally posted to do anyone harm.
It's all under the bridge now as Marco made it clear it
was ok. Thanks Marco!

Peace,
DK

I don't think Rythm Doc intentionally broke any rules. I also don't think Hal's statements were meant as an attack. I think Hal was only looking to educate. It turned out good in the end because now Marco Fiorito will be sharing his Cosegas with us.

Myriads - Please Read

Go to www.hitwgang.com/browse_woman.htm. There is a disclaimer that says, basically, "If anything here is yours and you want it removed, email us and we will do so." That seems also to be the policy of this Forum. It might be a good idea to put something similar on the Forum home page.

about copyrights

Well we all now not to steal copyrighted material and post on a paid site for profit, it's wrong. But the original post was a direct link to the material on the owners web site. This was the issue, and besides now that he has given his permission this thread is probably a mute subject anyway. I always ask before posting on my site, the answer is always the same, send me the pics and I will let you know. They are all very gracious and tell me yes it is okay. None of the community has said no as long as I tell them first. But in defense of the posting, I didnt see it as any infringement on the owner at all.
Thanks for listening.
