Den of Smelly Feet and Tickletown

Does anyone happen to know what has happened to the Den of Smelly Feet forum, and, secondly, does anyone know why Tickletown isn't up and running for the month of September?
TT has stated that it was "re-tooling" for the month of August. Well...
