desperate to find BBC clip!

hi all!

a couple of years ago there was a bbc 2 (uk) programme "come to your senses" - the episode on 'touch' had a tickling experiment with six really cute girls! they were all tickled on their feet by their friends- some were mega-ticklish - tossing their heads back and everything!!
for a while there was a clip on the bbc website bt its closed - does anyone have a link for it or can post it on this site?

Secondly, while it was very cute (in the "awww..." sense), it wasn't something to interest people here. The girls were only about 12, or even younger.

I wouldn't mind seeing the series, 'cause it actually looked really interesting as a cognitive science intro. It never made it to the US, though, as far as I know.

The tickling was interesting as a science experiment, but that's really it. Just kiddies playing. NOT the kind of stuff that's posted here.

Yeh I 2 remember it ,it was just feet tickling only no upperbody at all they were all tickilish though it zoomed into there faces and u could see the expressions on there faces really well, and the room was juts full of screaming giggling and lol.

Yes I have seen the clip (but lost the link).

Basically it featured very innocent young children (so nothing for anyone here to latch onto). However the one interesting thing for me watching it, was the Mistress of Ceremonies, a certain Sarah Blakemore, who if you search on the net, has blagged a whole research grant into proving why people can't Tickle themselves.

Reading up on her thesis she is obviously is a scientific boffin, but personally I think more than a little suspect, by using children on this show.

I don't think there was anything wrong with Blakemore using kids on the show -- it was a perfectly innocent science demo. She used kids because they were the target audience of the show. It's not as if she intended anything kinky. It was just some kids having fun. Very cute. Remember, she's a scientist, not a fetishist. A place like this would probably not even occur to her.

I remember seeing this, and it was much to my disappointment that young childern were used, rather than the female presenters....ah, well. As for the Selina Scott clip, I would happily donate both of my testicles to see this clip once more.........

I saw it online about a week after the show aired, and was almost literally kicking myself for not having the VCR set in advance (I would've too, if I could swing my leg that far 'round. 😛).

My enjoyment of tickling isn't purely sexual (though that is a definite element of it), but even on a purely cute, fun, and semi-educational level (for instance, what does a sample of 6 kids prove about ticklishness in the population at large? Talk about terrible blagging...), it was still very enjoyable.

I tried tracing the server info to find the file location, but came up with zilch. 🙁 If only I had a program that could record streaming RM files (and my currrent connection to get good quality picture/sound...ah well, I can but dream. Maybe it'll be repeated in the years to come. There's always hope.
