Hello all,
It's me, Dallas Foot Tickler. I've been reading the TMF regularly but have not had time to post until recently on account of being precouppied with my significant other. Unfortunately it was not working out between us and we are no longer together. I will miss having a willing ticklee of my own but there's got to be more to a relationship than just a pair of ticklish feet. (No, really there is!) 😉
Anyway, now that I have more time on my hands I am going to try to work on writing more fiction. Speaking of which, I am quite flattered that MTJ Publishing has seen fit to publish a story of mine in the latest issue of TFTA. I consider it a great honor to join the ranks of such legends as Max Speer and Dave2112. Not to mention being in the same publication with such incredible artwork. Perhaps I am making too big a deal out of this but I honestly consider TFTA to be like the Rolling Stone Magazine of the online tickling community. It's really cool to be published in the magazine that I've watched grow from the original Morandilas Ticklers Journal (that's where the MTJ comes from I'm assuming) to the vast collection of both print and electronic tickling media that it is today.
One last thing and I'll stop rambling... I got my copy of the "New Project" text adventure and I must say it is really a lot of fun! I have to applaud Kunzite and anyone else involved in the production of this game as they have very successfully captured the feel of the old Infocom games like the Zork series. I'm about to date myself here but anyone who played those games back in the 80's should be able to jump right in and immerse themselves in this game. Anyone new to text adventures will find it easy to understand as well since the instructions are well written and it's very intuitive.(Kids these days...we didn't have 3D rendered graphics when I was your age...we typed and read our way through adventures and we loved it!) 😛 Seriously though, back in the old days wihtout graphics, game developers had to rely on good storytelling and interesting plots to make a great game. Kunzite has done it!
Okay, well that's all. So long for now my fellow tickling fans!
