Did A Disk Defrag Last Night, Forum Still Loading Slow

Recently, the forum has been loading very slow for me. I have the forum set as my homepage, and access it through Internet Explorer. I also have Comcast high speed internet. I thought that perhaps my slow loading problem with the forum had to do with the fact that I hadnt done a disk defrag in a bit. So, last night, I did a disk defrag, and cleaned out my files. Even after the disk defrag, the forum is still loading slow, in spite of the high speed connection, and the defrag. Every other site, including Comcast's homepage, sports websites, and other sites, load very fast for me. It is just the forum that I am having this problem with. Any advice or tips on what I might do to improve this, would be appreciated. Thank You.

Try deleting your temporary Internet files. My guess is that they're fragged still. Defrag isn't the panacea people are led to believe it is.

Okay, thanks for the advice, Horatio. I'll do that when I get home tomorrow night. Hopefully it will help.
