This has always kinda bugged me, but was anyone else here a foot/tickling/whatever fetishist long before they actually were interested in sex? Or did it just kinda occur some time after adolesence?

Me, I remember being like four or five years old and being absolutely DRAWN to female feet. Like I would always get in trouble at school for tickling the girls in my classes. I look back at the stuff I used to do and it seems embarassing as hell (I'm rather shy and don't really tell anyone about my fetish)

Anybody else have any pre-adolescent experiences like that?

Okay... funny story. Back in grade three, our class took a field trip to this place about an hour west of the city--Upper Canada Village. This was a recreation of a typical settlement in what is now Ontario in the years before Confederation in 1867. Now... besides having bread baked by the pagan gods themselves, this place featured a set of stocks in the central square.
I'd never laid eyes on one before... but when I saw a couple of classmates get into it--holy crap, it was like a joey clawing its way up to the nipple, 'cause damned if I didn't know precisely what I had to do.
I motored right over there, and I began pulling off their boots... and then some reptilian part of my brain made it known to me that perhaps continuing on this path might end in sorrow. So, I stopped just as they started protesting... and no one was any the wiser... until today.

Now, I wish I could say that there was a time in my life when I wasn't a pervert, but yes... when we're younger, most of us have fewer inhibitions. We're braver because we're not yet clear on what's socially acceptable. Sometimes, it makes for good memories. 🙂

Yes. I think I've had this "fetish" for tickling before genital sexuality set in. While I hated being tickled as a kid, I loved to be the tickler. When I was really small, like 5 y.o., I was drawing pictures of Batman and Robin on tickling conveyor-belts and wheels and so on, in the same manner as how they'd wind up in predicaments on their old, kitchy late 60's TV show.
 
I was interested in tickling by the time I was five, but I kept it a deep, dark secret until I was in my twenties because of a very strict upbringing.

For what it's worth, I've had this diseas since I was 3 or 4. At least that's what my memory tells me, but since I'm old enough to remember certain episodes very clearly then I may have been about 6ish.
 
I am not usual here. I was 12 or 13 and already liked sex before I like tickling sexual. It became my main turn-on then.

I was quite young when i felt that i liked tickling, must of been about 5-6 when i saw it on cartoons aswel as the john wayne film north to alaska. Yeah, me either. It's a telling point that the few pictures/scenes/media of people in bondage(that I saw at an early age) would immediately get processed into my tickling fantasies. So, if I saw a picture of, say, Joan of Arc about to be burned at the stake, I'd be imagining what it would be like to be up there tied to that pole in front of the whole town, about to be tickled. :laughing:

Beany & Cecil? Would that be as in Cecil "the seasick sea serpent"? If so, I remember that from when I was a kid. I sure don't remember any "major" tickling scene in it, though, or any tickling scene at all for that matter (then again, I can't say I watched it "religiously"), nor can I recall ever hearing reference to it in the online tickling community. Do you know if there's a clip anywhere? Sorry, wandering a bit off-topic, but it piqued my curiosity.

As for the original topic question, the earliest I can recall being "intrigued" by tickling was upon seeing the "infamous" Three Stooges "Space Ship Sappy" episode referred to earlier in this thread, probably somewhere 'twixt the ages of 10 and 12 or so. But, perhaps depending on how one may define an "interest in sex", since I can't say I can even recall a time when I didn't have some kind of interest in sex....at least going back to before I started school, so no older than 4 or 5 or so...I guess I'd have to say that, as best I can recall, my tickling fetish didn't precede my general interest in sex -- again, depending on exactly how one might define "sexual interest", but at least in the most "general" sense.
 
It seems that everybody here has liked tickling since they were children. Are anybody the same as me? I liked tickling when I was older.
 
Almost everyone has the same story, from a socio-anthropological perspective this trend is fascinating. I wonder what it means
