I'm in South Korea and I need to download JavaScript AND I need JavaScript to work once it's downloaded - I just can't get the thing to work.

Any thoughts?

Then I think there's just this little test [[that checks to make sure it was installed properly]] you do that happens in the same browser as from where you downloaded it. So don't X out of that box when you begin the download.
 
All you need to run the chatroom is a recent java plug in. Most browsers if you download them (Chrome and Firefox) have a plug in that will work.
