It's a fan manga, not really fake since there are tons of those in the land of the rising sun for many series. Though yeah Loz aka Lost one Zero is the artist and if I recall this was his first mini manga.

Though, talk with him alot and I know he'd rather have somebody ask him first before something of his posted somewhere.

What I don't get is why anyone would want to draw the human girls when a number of the Digimans are hot chicks. I mean I guess I get it, it's lolicon, but crap those little girls aren't even cute. But eh.
