Disclosure of the content of Dial's offer and Disclaimer

I am asking the monitors to permit posting of this offer, not for commercial purposes but expressly in hopes of quelling some of the furor stirred up by my recent offer to sell extra tapes I acquired in collections. THIS OFFER WAS MADE EXCLUSIVELY TO DIAL CUSTOMERS AND IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS FORUM. These tapes belong to me. I paid for them. They are not "duplicates" or "copies" but extra original tapes I acquired when negociating for entire collections. As an example I came up with two tapes of A.N.A's Mimi when I acquired two different collections so I offered to sell the extra tape, if anyone buys them they will see immediately that they are used originals.
Below you will find the offer exactly as written from the letter sent. Nowhere do I say that these are copies or duplicates but extras from collections. It starts with a cover page comprised of a collage tk pictures I pulled off the net then the letter begins as follows:

As producer, collector and trader of tickle tapes I accumulated extras of what I thought were the best of the best tickle tapes at cut rate when buying collections. They were picked as best of the best because I felt they had the hottest sequences of genuine female foot tickling or upper body tickling OR BOTH. I'm selling these super hot tapes cheap or will trade for ones I feel make the grade. All tickling is good, but some tickling is what Susan calls “horrible” in the best meaning of the word. See list of available tapes attached. You will find incredibly hot classic sequences here; the best of the best. 9 tapes are available.

At $20 per tape, or the entire group of nine for $150 this is an unheard of deal if you think about it; $150 for an entire library of the best in genuine tickling. I have never copied, duplcated or in any way attempted to "pirate" other producers work. I defy anyone to demonstrate otherwise. There is a secondary market for tK tapes, as small as it is it existS.

If I may get huffy and indignant myself for a few minutes I invite those who started this hen session to consider the difference between slander and libel; slander is an oral statement of a false malicious or defamatory nature where the target of the statments is injured by those statements (notably slander is difficult to prove) libel is the same kind of statement written and published (much more damaging and easier to prove because of its publicized nature) I just copy pasted Copy Paste save as LIBEL Should damages arise from these false written published statements, on advice of Counsel I am reserving the right to MAKE THOSE WHO STARTED THESE LIES PROVE IN COURT THAT WHICH THEY SAW FIT TO PUBLISH FOR ALL TO SEE... that I PIRATED ANOTHER VIDEO PRODUCER'S VIDEO AND WHEN THEY CAN'T PROVE IT, FORCE THEM TO PAY COMPENSATORY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS FROM WHICH HARM AROSE. I hate it when I have to sue my own customers, its really bad for business. Alternatively a full public retraction and apology would suffice. I think the Monitors of the forum should stongly consider some measures against these chattering busy bodies stirring up a bunch of hog wash (but nothing too harsh, afterall they are paying customers.

Here's my dilema. He says he only has 9 tapes to sell. But he asks for people to send in their "order form" with money included. (He has a damn order form for 9 measely tapes? I don't think so) Now it appears he has sent this letter out to many many people. I ask myself, does that really sound like he's only planning on selling one copy of each of those titles? No. What happens if lets say 3 people all send in their order forms and money for all 9 titles? How will he fulfill them all if he only has one original copy of each? By illegally duping them is what i think. That letter does not sound like a letter of a person intending to just sell 9 single videotapes and be done. This is very fishy to me.

Well, it appears the accusations of piracy were off-base. Mr. Edwards' explanation seems legitimate. Certainly, there appear to be no grounds for further action by the video manufacturers. As for the person or people who initiated the accusation, it seems likely that it was a misunderstanding of the offer, not deliberate libel. Admittedly, the fact that the tapes were "extras" was clearly stated, but I still think misunderstanding is the most likely explanation. I would think a simple apology should suffice, and that talk of legal action is premature.

As for the above post arguing that this still looks "fishy," I think there is another misunderstanding. Mr. Edwards is not, as I read it, saying he has nine single tapes for sale, but duplicate (rather than duplicatED) copies of those nine: and therefore, he can sell the set several times over. I imagine he does not expect, also, to be so flooded with orders as to need to check stock.

It would appear that Edwards deserves an apology, and that the entire matter should be dropped as an unfortunate misunderstanding.

Our order form and **********'s unwarranted attack

The guy who bought the entire set of 9 tapes used the order form in our site so I'm glad I mentioned it. I have four extra tapes left (used originals I acquired cheap with collections) if orders still come in for those then I will send them out but that is the end of the my used tapes promotion.

Let me take this opportunity to address the libelous thread started regarding Dial Company and alleged tape piracy. First I would feel the same way as Jeff, if I had evidence someone was pirating Hysterical Squealing tapes.

********** started this attack on me ("looks like a rip off" thread) for one of two reasons I can think of:

1. out of his ignorant inability to distinguish between marketing hype in the sales letter above (for which I make no apology) & evidence of real commercial theft

or

2. out of a willful malicious intent to create havoc suspicion and anger in the community and defame and flame our company to get his jollies. (good going ***** your efforts were highly successful)

As far as his assertion that my videos are "cheesey" all I can say is "ouch". My first video had weak production values, poor lighting, jerky camera, lots of crappy transitions BUT NOBODY EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE TK. That is the video ********** bought(aka TJ9 or whatever the nickname used by ***** in the thread entitled "looks like a rip off" used) . I made three more videos after that with Susan and if anyone wants to know if they are any good I suggest you check with ARENACTOR or Gilmore Waters, or the DARKKNIGHT (anyone know where he is these days?). I can live with and I am greatful for their positive critiques one of which I recall was "Great Job".

Okay, calm down, dude. I recently posted a thread about the danger of flames. Well, let me not backtrack. Flames are bad, somewhat. Tehe video companies somewhat lead the direction of this forum, ie: when they release a video, they are the talk of the town, until the next company releases one. Many of our posts are requests to them, or comments about them.

Well, if everytime we comment on them, in a negative way, will we be threatened with a lawsuit? Flames are bad, but if we go the other direction, and sue everyone who disagrees with evereyone else, the forum WILL go away, because everyone will be too scared to post here. Flames are a nuisance, and can always be ignored. Lawsuit threats are another story, and will flatten this place and turn it into a ghost town.

The critics you want to sue made a legitimate complaint. It should have been simply responded to with facts, and that would be that. I noticed the reaction posts to your lawsuit threats were filled with nervous fear - "Ohh, ohh, we're sorry, don't kill us!"
Enough already.

OR, offer them for sale directly on the forum, like other people do? People offer videos for sale or trade all the time here, and I see no reaction.

I visited your webpage, and thought the videos you offer were good. If you stop threatening to sue every critic, I'll buy a few, since they offer a large amount of pantyhose tickling, which is always good. Calm down, present the facts, and that's all you need. We will understand.

OK now. That is exactly what I was thinking. He could reach 1000's of potential buyers just by posting his offer on a website, or a newsgroup, or a forum like this. But he instead sends a written letter to maybe 25 people? The ONLY reason I can think to do that is that he knew he didn't want the companies to know he was doing it. There really can be no other reason. And if he didn't want them knowing, then something must be wrong about what he's doing. Look I'm not pointing a finger. I'm just talking out loud. The sneakyness of it all just sticks out like a sore thumb. I'm being Magnum PI. 🙄

i find your suspicions to be more suspect than bills whole tape deal.
i bought 3 of bills tapes. i liked them. but i like the home made look. was he easy going of his lady? yes, but he had to be, so she'd do more tapes! easy to figure that one out!
really, he's a honest guy, give him a little more credit, till you can prove otherwise!

IMHO, a respectable video company wouldn't sell product that they didn't produce themselves. It's just extremely low class. And certainly this whole incident isn't worth the $$ you might have gotten from these transactions. It's a lot harder to gain respect than to lose it.

Every time I think I'm done posting to this thread LOL someone comes up with another great point. It is low class in my opinion too. He's supposed to be a video producer himself! Can you imagine FM Concepts selling Magic Touch's used tapes to their customers? Or Silver Cherry collecting (maybe dubbing) and selling RealTickling's tapes? No you'll never see that happen. And further, what does this say about how Bill Edwards feels about how good his own tickling videos are? When he feels he has to sell all the other companies videos to make a buck. Aren't his own selling well enough? I really dont get it. It's really strange. Just some thoughts. And some good thoughts I might add. 🙂

I know I sort of piled on Bill, but since I did receive one of the mails he sent I will say I doubt he was making a hell of a lot on any tapes. I was shocked he was trying to sell vids from other companies BUT there is nothing wrong with the tape I have, that bill produced. I do wish it was more torturous, but hey so what. It's a decent video.
I also pointed out Bill sent me an offer when I got the video from him offering any other video HE HAD produced, for a very low price.
He's not in the business to make money. And I'm sorry I casted anything at his character, although at the time the offer he sent me for vids from other companies looked funny. In my mind he was just trying to maybe get rid of some surplus vids he and his girlfriend no longer watch. Hell I get emails from people ON THIS FORUM all the time offering me vids they don't watch. So what's the difference?

Again Bills videos aren't cheesy. They're not MTP, or Realtickling videos BUT they are videos of two real people, tickling. And Susan is hot. (Not as hot as GigLnChik is though).

Yeah maybe we can question why he chose the way he did to sell his surplus vids BUT at no time did he pass them off as products of his company. And far worse things have happened on this website (identity theft for one and NOT a net identity, a REAL identity, I know for many here it's hard telling the difference).

In the preview clips on his site, the audio sounds really garbled, like it was recorded too loud. How does it sound in the real version?

I undrestand what his situation was, he likes tickling, obviously he shops at other companies, just like all of us here do, even the video producers I assume. He got tired of the tapes, though, as does happen - how many of us have mainstream movies that we are tired of watching? Even the best tickling video can get repetitive after a while, and that's why there's always the call for new stuff.

He wanted to sell them, but choose an odd way, seeing that on Ebay, he could have listed each one singly, thereby not waorrying about refunds if he over sold. And, he could have made more money because people would be bidding on them. If he would have explained why he sold them the way he did, even if it was "Hey, I never even thought about Ebay..." that would have put the whole debate to rest.

This forum is a place where we can happily and peacefully talk and discuss tickling, or things related to tickling, laughter, etc. Yes, I know many of you can share your fetish with those around you, and have no problems. Great. The only people I can talk to are you guys here. Now, if I have to be afraid of getting sued everytime I have a disparaging comment about a video company, I'm out of here. Along with probably most everyone else here. (I'm sure the lurkers would de-lurk the other way, and leave this place never to come back.) I've just never seen any reaction like that before from a member of the forum, and I hope that doesn't become the norm.

There isn't any real room for me in this thread other than for Bill's character. I had bought 2 vids from him and Susan in the old days of the AMT. I had one tape that was poorly edited and they TWICE went out of their way to get me a good copy and a deal on the next one. I actually declined and they insisted.

Bill and Susan had been real nice and professional with me. When I first saw this post, I was unsure of what had happened. I had a hard time believing Bill had the character to do what he was accused of.

He had been a good person with me in the past so I can just hope this mess gets cleared up. Also, I liked his videos and I believe he para-phrased me on his site. Never thanked ya Bill. 🙂
Some comments on his vids have been brutal but it's real tickling maybe not as torturous as some want.
As Steve mentioned, it's home made, not like the big tickle vid guys but it works for some of us.

On a take off of what Darkknight said, I don't want to attack his character. I just think he could set a horrible precedence if people become sue happy here. I don't want this place to become like the real world, where all the little sue happy idiots have ruined all the fun for everyone.

I think Bill chose an odd way to sell his videos, maybe he just sent those forms to his previous customers or his friends. That way he would know he would get the money. I remember I listed a video twice on Ebay one time, because someone "bought" it, but then never answered my e-mails back, so I was charged basically some change for the sale, but didn't even sell the video. Then, someone bought a video, I sent them the tapes, but they never sent me my money. I don't know if this is the answer or not, I wish he'd just say. I mean, there's not much we can do here if someone is selling pirated tapes, most of us aren't cops. I'm sure he's not, all of us here who buy videos will one day amass a set of tapes that will become boring, repetitive, or we just need some gas money. You find you are not watching a tape, and you wish to get rid of it. His way is a way to get rid of them, even though there were easier ways. I believe in facts. I think the facts would have cleared everything up quickly and there would be no big deal.

I think he overreacted, or he wanted to scare his critics by threatening a lawsuit. But he kept going on and on about it, he was not letting up, like he was actually GOING to sue all those people who questioned him. That's what bugged me. If he hinted that he would sue, that would have even been bad enough.

Darkknight, how is the sound and picture quality of his videos? Bill, your looking at this think like it will hurt your business. I discovered your webpage after reading this whole thread. If you don't sue anyone, I'll buy a few videos. Now, you made a new customer. It's purely capitalism, of course. You make pantyhose tickling videos, and I like pantyhose tickling. You do good stuff, and you won't have to worry about incidents like this. Present the facts, and people will understand. I have extensive knowledge in video work and editting. I can give you info on how to have better video quality, if you keep doing pantyhose tickling videos. our companies not going down because someone misinterpreted you selling old tapes. If you visit the forum regularly, look at that guy who was blasting Jeff at Magic Touch because he was blocked from using his account for a few hours. He made a huge deal out of it in the newsgroups and here, even though it was resolved by Jeff, GENEROUSLY, I might add. That was ridiculous, Jeff's a good man, people know that, and I doubt his business even felt a shudder. This will be forgotten about, and if you start putting out new videos, that's all people will care about. The only way you can go from here is up.
