Discussion group question?

First let me say that I really enjoy this site. Its much more comprehensive that the ezboard site was. Having said that how do I turn off all the emails? You see I responded to a thread in the discussion group. It was great ( in the beginning ) to be notified when someone responded to my response. However, I am getting an email for every response since, most not directed at me at all. How do I stop this aspect of the system.

Again I really enjoy the site but this part of it is becoming a bit of a drag.

If you don't want to recieve emails about replies all you have to do is leave the box below that says "send email notificiation" unchecked.
