First off let me say the content of website didn’t prompt me to post this review its there sub par customer service. I’m not disappointed with the content well… maybe a little. Most of the good stuff makes it onto there clip for sale website, and the Ticklehorror content ranges from below average to just alright. With a few gems thrown in there usually pulled from there clip for sale site A lot of people have misconception that everything from there clips for sale website makes it on to Ticklehorror but as of today I’d have to say less then ¼ of all the total clips that Ticklehorror has to offer are from there clip store. Any ways this is just an opinion so I’m sure a little of people fell differently, now onto why I’m here.

I can’t cancel my membership. Iv tried the last two months and I cant figure it out. Before I posted I here I : E-mail Laney, Did the contact us thing on the website, posted in the membership forum asking for help (They promise a response in 24 hours it’s been 3 days). And there live help has never been available yet.

So could someone tell me how to cancel my membership because I cant seem to. I’m just looking for a little help, Thanks.

Jeff I am a content Provider for the website nothing more. I have nothing to do with memberships. I merely supply the content. To cancel a membership from ANY paysite you simply contact the billing company thru which you joined as they ALWAYS have 24/7 customer support.
Below average to just alright? Please Jeff. Do not let your bitterness prompt you to Lie. That is just not true and this is the reason I do not post free clips anymore. I am tired of all the negative comments.

as someone who has enjoyed the free previews of ticklehorror.com, i have to agree with laney...i don't blame you hon for being tired of all the negative comments..you do your job and you do it very well..and it's a shame that people complain about your job...keep up the good work laney..you are appreciated believe me

Its responses like that that make you look unprofessional. Give me a break it’s just my opinion so I posted it, learn to take a little criticism. On yea and don’t tell someone there opinion was a lie prompted out of bitterness because it makes you look soooo immature, but I guess you already have that reputation already right? If anyone’s lieing its you how many clips from your clips for sale site are posted to date. Not a lot.

And to Laneys groupies (Isbeau & Chrisheaven). Don’t make me look bad I was at least a member for little while not just while it was free.

I agree 100%, Laney doesn't look out for her customers at all. I've said this many times on this forum. Laney owes me big time for about 2-3 months, she as yet to make good. I've tried to e-mail her, I've tried to instant message her on yahoo, I've even tired to private message her here at the forum. I think she only wants to do what is best for her, again your 100% right her customer service is bad.

This coming from a person that purchases 3 clips from my clip store in his life for a total of 18.99 then joins my site for 30 days and complains because the same 3 clips were in there.... then downloads 75 plus clips for 24.95 and has the gall to say I OWE him. The math is pretty simple here LBFT...you spent an avg of less than .45 a clip, had access to 12 other sites and live camera shows. You can't even fill the gas tank in a car for what you spent!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but your math is bad. I've bought a lot more than 3 clips off your clip site, & as for downloading anything from the website, I've never downloaded anything from you site not 1 clip. Now not only are giving customers bad service your not being very honest. I'm to the point now I don't know what you could do to make things right for me.

How is Laney's math incorrect? Each store owner gets a copy of each clip sale as they are made, and Laney will have known how many clips you have bought from her clipstore. (which formed the basis of your original complaint).

I would suspect the math is correct, and this illustrates the old cliche....

Some people love you for one reason and others hate you for the same.

For you to even suggest that Laney is dishonest and doesn't take care of her customers is absolutely absurd. Perhaps your approach is totally wrong, you have admitted yourself that your previous complaints have used inappropriate language for the issue you wanted to discuss.

I have personally known Laney MANY times give away free titles when people have been genuinally disappointed and attempted to deal with it in the correct manner.

I can really understand why Laney gets a little bit upset sometimes with the attitude shown by some people. I know how much work she puts in, and how hard she tries to please her CUSTOMERS. To believe that you are a real customer, and see her service how you have portrayed, I simply don't believe.

Reading back through your posts, your approach to getting customer service is terrible.

Look within and you shall find answers that you normally look outside for.

Laney is not being honest cut & dry. When this all started back about 2 or 3 months ago. Laney wanted me to e-mail her, so she would be able to know who I am & how many clips I ordered in the past. She said "I had ordered 6 clips & this doesn't make me a good customer" so which is it 3 clips or 6 clips, again not being very honest. Her & I know it is a lot more 3 & 6 clips. I should know how many clips I have bought. It is much more than 3 or 6, or whatever Laney wants it to be each month. As for the 75 plus clips she claims I have downloaded from the site, I can tell you I never downloaded any from the site, here again not being honest. I just want Laney to step up & make things right for me, but she didn't so I move on. I know I was a very good customer & feel she is playing me & others who join the site. That's ok she has to live with herself.

Assuming you are a good customer as you claim and Laney makes clips of a type that you have bought many of in the past, I refuse to believe that you did not download anything at all out of all the clips available during your time as a member.

Your complaints regarding any producer are always very ambiguous and unclear and the language you use is confrontational as well... Not really the best approach if you are looking to work through a problem and get a solution that works all round.

I know whats in the members area personally, and I also have alot of experience in seeing the members areas of many subscription based sites, and I can say hand on heart that ticklehorror.com has a members area that is quite alot above average and updated more than most. I think this is why you saw the promo giving free memberships away sometime ago - that was geared towards letting people be aware of that fact.

I think you will agree that by the looking at the site, you will see there has been alot of work put into it - not exactly the symptoms of somebody who doesn't care about their customers or is being dishonest, now is it?

Jeff, as for canceling... like Laney has said, there is 24/7 billing support available through the billing company and all the of the information you need to cancel is found within the pages you've visited or the emails you've recieved, if you care to read them.

I don't think it's fair that you come on here and point the finger at Laney because you have failed to read the information that was presented to you during the signup process and on the pages you visited.

1st, I think it is cool the way you are looking out for Laney & coming to her defense. But this really is between her & I. Bottom line she messed up not you.

2nd, You said you "refuse to believe I downloaded anything from the paysite", your kinda helping me make my point. Why would I down load anything from a paysite that as clips that already bought. I bought over 2/3 of the clips on the site. So yes believe me when I tell you I downloaded NOTHING.

3rd, Maybe I could have approach things another way. But I was angry, I felt like Laney had played me & all the other customers. I feel she owes me BIG & she needs to do the stand up thing. If she doesn't she is only allowing herself to look bad on the forum. She knows she did wrong, if Laney can live with herself I guess that's ok. The bottom line here is the customer is always right & Laney needs to do the right thing by her customers.

4th, I have no problem with you & would like to keep it that way. This is for Laney to address not you. Please keep this between her & I.

Who the hell are you her lawyer. Iv been a member of a few pay sites over the course of my life and this is the only one that doesn’t have a link on the site to cancel your subscription. As for all the emails I received I haven’t received any that’s why I came here because no one was getting back to me, read my whole post before you comment on it. But as soon as I offer my opinion that apparently not too many people on this board agree with that’s when everyone starts to speak up. Bottom line is that I think a lot of people will be satisfied with this website but I wasn’t epically now after I quit and I saw how Laney handles things.

I don’t know why people are answering complaints addressed at Laney not them.

You must specify your subscription and/or transaction id and username in any mail you send us, especially regarding the termination of your membership, you must also follow the instructions with the auto response message you will receive when you e-mail us, this gives comprehensive instructions on how to cancel your membership automatically.

Not defending, just telling it the way it is.

I won't take sides in this dispute as such, as I know nothing about the site and don't buy clips or memberships in anything of any kind (not anymore, that is, as I have no trust of online transactions whatsoever after being ripped off by the laughinggaszone.net site -- whether intentionally or through careless management makes no difference to me in the final analysis), but as jeff2 clearly stated that he was stating his opinion of the content, to call someone's opinion a "lie" is clearly off the wall and suggests either poor reading comprehension or immaturity.
 
Tickle horror

I like tickle horror. They're very responsive, my only complaint is I wish they tickled in more positions and had more ass and pussytickling on their website.
