I think it's perfectly logical to find a woman painting her nails HOTT!!! I know I do...think about it this way: A woman who paints her nails is taking care of her feet, the part of her body many of us on this site find quite tasty...she's pampering that very part that we would love to pamper on her behalf...this could also mean that she takes good care of her feet in general (not necessarily, but I'd think, from personal experience, the one leads to the other), which could mean a nicely cared for set of peds for you to peruse/play with/etc...
