Um... I don't mean to nitpick, but I think since the last two responses basically mean "yes," that indicates (as of current count) 10 "No" and 16 "Yes," not a three way tie.

I was talking about the poll numbers at the time I replied and
yes, I believe if there are three choices it was a three way tie.
