I think he will have to job eventually. All of WWE's big names do at some point. I highly doubt McMahon will carry on Goldbergs immortal reputation he had in WCW. I DO think McMahon will give him a huge push and place him among his top pulling wrestlers in WWE, but in order to gain respect and credibility, he WILL have to job at some point.
