Does a persons age have a direct influence on chatting/meeting?

I am aware that there are many TMF members whoare here only to chat, sustain online friendships and make new online friends.

I am also aware that there are many members, myself included, who would love to chat with other members in hopes of possible meetings down the road when the friendship is in place.

With that said, my question is basically: Does a potential tickle buddy's age qualify them or disqualify them (assumiing that they are at least 18 years old) from a possible meeting or is age not a factor?

I would also appreciate it if you would either post your age or age range with your replies.

Well said Steph!
I know this is a little different than a weather/ storm forum (in respect to minors), but at the weather forums where I post, I've made friends as young as 12 and as old as 80+....we all enjoy discussing the weather, and the challenge of forecasting it.

I have a couple friends on the weather forums I've invited here....like me, they enjoy both the weather and tickling. 🙂

That's what happens when you grow up around parents who have ticklefights during the evening tv weather broadcasts 😀

Age doesn't matter at all....

If you get along with someone else and they share similiar interests as you, then what the hell. I am 31 going on 32 and don't really feel age is a big deal. If a 50 yr old woman is into being tickled then great. The same for a 22yr old. Age is not a factor.

I don't think it could matter too much. There CAN be a difference in wisdom and experience if there's a large generation gap, but that doesn't mean two people couldn't get along. The older party can even impart wisdom into the younger member. If my mother's 60 years old and I can talk to her just fine, why couldn't I talk to someone else who's in their teens, twenties, thirties, or forties? I'm 22, by the way.

Not me, I have no problem with chatting with any age...as long as they are over 18...
