Heh... a loss is a loss. I can probably get a Shrine through trade cheaply... I think. :nerd:
Random wonderin', but isn't it a bad idea to pack 4 Jittes in a deck? I personally use only 2 at most in a B/U ninja deck, and it usually turns into a kill-spell. It seems that whenever I get the damn Jitte out, my opponent already has his out. Legend rule?
Personally thinking it's bad hand management to run 4 since if they get clumped together, the second one you draw is useless.
But hey, it's white weenie! The faster Jitte comes out, the better protected your creature(s) are, eh?
Yeah, Kokusho should be for sure banned. I mean, of the 5 Champions dragons, he does the most devastating amount of damage. I mean, it's like a sort of Drain Life stuck on 5 on wings, it's a 5/5 that flies for 4 and two black, already powerful for a black flier, and very few kill spells can actually destroy it.
Basically, when it's on the damn field, it poses a huge threat. When it dies, it gets the last laugh.
Kokusho comes in at #1 in the overplayed catagory.
Yosei is at 2
And
Keiga at 3 .
Heh... I think that Dimir can handle any of the dragons quite well. I mean, all you need is a Hinder to send the dragon to the bottom of the library. Damn, all you need to do is counter the dragon with a hard-counter and hope to god that they can't pull it from their grave.
Bah... even though I have 2 Kokusho lying somewhere in my collection, I don't think they should have made him this powerful. It should have an actual downside to it, eh? Like maybe it drains life from its control during the upkeep, or forces the owner to discard a card. Sure, it can win games, but it ruins the originality of deck building! >_<
Well, enough about the brokeness of Kokusho...
Dimir p0wns. I don't really care what people say, it's my fave guild. Rakdos in 2nd. Orzhov in 3rd.
I run a Dimir reanimator. Basically, I pitch Mindleech Mass to the grave using Thought Courier, Ideas Unbound, Or Murmers from Beyond... then reanimate the thing using Dimir Doppleganger, Zombify, or Vigor Mortis. Yep... Mindleech Mass is fun, especially when it attacks and they have a Castigate in hand! It's like using the 'leech's ability twice!
Oh, and Kuro, Pitlord. The guy owns. Yesterday, I managed to kill off a Dread Slag using a Kuro attached to Doppleganger. it was quite funny... only payed 5 life to kill off Dread Slag on his draw step... ^_^
