O.k my eye-talian is not that great but I got the jist of it. The first bit is out of the picture so this may seem out of contense at the start.

As long as i remember, it's a 10 pages comic from the great BAC, it's about a fetish house, there are several rooms and each one contains 1 or more talented ticklers who are torturing poor beautiful girls.
The guy with the eye patch it's a thieve who act as a customer for the lady that manages the house, in the comic she takes the guy a tour... until, in the last room she is betrayed for the ticklers in there (they are hired for the guy before), and tortures the madam until she breaks down and give up the rights to manage the house to these group of thieves. They plan to set a large emporium in hole europe, every nation with a several number of this "clinics".
