Does anyone know what this scene is from?

Once upon a time there was a youtuber named TickleHunter, who had hundreds of tickle scenes uploaded to their account. Unfortunately within the last year, the account has been removed by youtube, along with all the videos. This was a big loss, especially considering one of my favorite scenes was on that account. I've been desperately trying to find it elsewhere with no luck. The scene was black and white, most likely from late 40s to 50s. It involved two men professionally wrestling (real wrastling). One of them is in a head lock, and begins tickling the other wrestlers stomach. He of course laughs and cries for him to stop, yelling out "you promised me you wouldnt". The tickling continues and the scene ends shortly after. If ANYONE has any idea what this scene is from, you'd be helping me out a lot. It's incredibly obscure, so I won't be surprised if no one does.
