Does Anyone Remember T.J. Productions?

There was a tickling video company around in the mid 90s called T.J. Productions. They produced a video called Bill and L that was amazing. Has anyone else heard of this?

I remember it.. quality on the clip was poor but a great clip just the same. Some folks started posting it to the net after they went out of biz but T.J. started threatening lawsuits so that was tat.. would love to get the clip again

I do know that they did, and still do, take their copyright protections very very seriously.

I think they were the first to do only tickling videos. Their product was poor quality and way over priced--$60 -$80 for about 40 minutes.

They stopped producing many years back now. I don't believe anyone can be sued for copyright infringement if the company is no longer in business. The whole idea behind copyright is to keep people from interferring with the company from making money on their product--but if the company is no longer in business they aren't being harmed by the sharing of their old videos.

I believe the threatened lawsuits is just sour grapes from T&J because they were first into the market with tickle videos --overpriced their product and now are watching others making it big in the tickle video business.

I might be wrong but... I think some of their videos were passed on to Silver Cherry Prods.

Not sure about this, but one of the TJ owners now runs Silver Cherry. You might find some TJ videos still sold on Silver Cherry site.

I know on certain copyright laws that have enacted a law that protects a person for seventy years after their death Let me emphasize "on certain" not all copyrights
