Does anyone truly believe??

Does anyone believe those wonderful E-Mails passed on by well meaning and well intentioned friends that promise you good luck and such if you forwarded the E-Mail to so many friends, you will have luck in 2 hours if you send it to 3-5 friends, in 1 hour if you send it to 10, instantly when you send if you send to over 10...geez.

Maybe I am not an optimistic about this stuff but it is all baloney..

I was just wondering if anyone out there really believes in these silly chain E-Mails?

You're right, Judy. They're a farse and play on the ignorance of many...kinda like those novenas you see in the paper...both treated as if they're magical. Bottom line? If you like what's said and feel like sharing it with anyone else, cool. If not, don't sweat it. There's no such thing as magical occurences like that.

I know Ann and sometimes I will send on inspiring type stories, what gets me as most of my friends are well educated and intelligent, I can't believe that they would believe these silly things....oh well, sometimes I just can't figure it out. Most of the time I end up ignoring the E-Mails..

I dont get real email anymore. 99.99% of it is spam. If I do get a real email, I have to check to make sure they sent it to the right person.

LMAO, sometimes you end up going through the SPAM so quickly you hope your not deleting legitimate E-Mails in the process!!

Yeah, they're out there, and apparently...

...Their numbers are LEGION, or we wouldn't keep getting the damned things! I give anybody who sends me those a ration of grief about it, but I still keep getting them. GRRRRRRRRR!

Chain emails are definatly a farse and all phoney.

However, Chain Threads...like this one is guaranteed to come true.

This is a chain thread. All females who respond to this thread between now and the end of July 2003 and come to Rockland County NY, are guaranteed to be tied and tickled mercilessly and if it is wanted will get to tie and tickle a male and or another female, for as long as their hearts desire.
