Does Music Enhance the Session?

For anyone who's had sessions, do you put on music during the session or no? If yes, do you put on romantic music such as smooth jazz? Does it put you and your lee/ler into more of a lee/ler mood? If the music has lyrics to it, do you lers sing to your lees to put them into more of a lee mood while you're tickling them? If you're a terrible singer, I'm sure your lee thinks its cute that you at least tried. 😆 If no, is it because you find it unnecessary or because the lee's screams and laughter drown it out?

One time in college I tickled my boyfriend (now husband) to Weezer cause I didn't know if/when my roommate was coming back. It actually made the whole vibe really fun and interesting. Did it again a couple weeks ago actually. I'd like to think he has a newfound appreciation for them. 😏

Maybe I'm just trying to get some kind of Pavlovian response where I can play Weezer and make him go nuts. 😈

While I am a metalhead (and I'm VERY loud about it) I probably wouldn't incorporate the two interests with each other. Both the show and the sesh are very good but may corrupt each other, and so need to be as far apart as I can keep them.

Maybe if it was spooky yet subtle music, I think it would be an interesting thing to try.

I've tied me Lee's in such a way that they had to watch videos of themselves or others (professional pirn tickles) being tickled , while I tickled them. It sort of made them not know which way was up. Very fun. No tunes though, I want to focus on the fun noises my Lee is making.

For me, it depends on the type of session.

I love music, singing, performing... The right music can do more than set the mood for me. It's gets deep into my soul... The rhythm makes me move a certain way.... The right music calms me and instantly washes away any nervousness or awkwardness. The right song can certainly change connection to my lee as a ler.

As a lee, strangely, it doesn't matter as much. I'm connected to my tickler. I like watching their reactions to MY reactions. 😆 I like reading them and trying to get in their heads. I don't care about the music. I want to get lost in my own ticklish desperation. Only my ler and my laughter exists. If I'm into the music, the session isn't intense enough for me. 😝
