Apparently the tickletheater.com domain expired without me knowing it was about to happen. So what happened is that the domain registrar company who registers domains across the net suspended the domain, and put it to what they call "Redemption Status". This basically gives the owner 30 days to renew their domain back until it gets released back to the public meaning anyone could register the domain.
So naturally I want to get it back before anyone has a chance to register it, and do whatever they'd like with it. This comes at a price though, and that price comes to the tune of $119.95 for me to rescue the domain. There is really no point in arguing with the company that they sent me no warning about the domain at this point, so I paid the price to get it back and running. It will take a few days for some people to see the site again through the domain name as it propagates (becomes viewable) over the internet...
As you may also know we have changed service providers as well recently (to keep with site hosting demands), and that was no cheap venture either. The site does cost a lot to maintain, and I guess what I'm getting at is if you'd like to make a donation to keep the site running strong it would be most appreciated. I wouldn't normally ask for any assistance, but this last fee kinda hurt in the pocketbook.
