I recently had a downloading problem, followed by an ordering snag. Without going into details, MTJ handled both problems VERY quickly, VERY accurately, with a full explanation of what the possible problems were. They were actually part of my system.

Anyway, MTJ worked around them and I can't be more satisfied with their performance.
