Minus the violence (sometimes) I used to see that kind of behavior every Saturday morning where I worked, only instead of one drunk woman it was twenty drunk men. I don't know why businesses, except for bars and liquor stores, would want to open their doors to alcoholics like that. Not saying everyone who patronizes these places is an alcoholic, but that it's the alcoholics who generally cause the problems.
