Full disclosure this probably isn't tickling but she's getting makeup applied with a brush on her chest and is laughing so there's a slight possibility?

The likelier answer is she's laughing at something someone in the room has said but we can dream right?

I think this could be, though it’s wishful thinking somewhat. No one else seems to be involved in this joke unless it’s from behind the camera.

I like to imagine everyone in her team knows how ticklish she is and this lady was deliberately tickling her with the brush…
