What Do YOU Use It For?
Let me know what YOU use duct tape for!
"The paint on my car went dead, so I redid my entire car in a Duct Tape Paint Job! I put my website address on the side in black duct tape, and soon my car was recognized hundreds of miles around!"- Keith Drone

"My mom and I were having a fight, (and yes, I was RIGHT in this argument..) and since she wouldn't let up. I stayed in my room for a week over the summer, with the few attempts to get food and use the restroom (and check my email) while she was gone, of course. With my free time, I used duct tape and spelled out "AMANDA IS LEFT" on my wall (I never use positive statements.. haha. right is wrong. but left is good). I also added some duct tape spider webs in the corners of my room, with one having a Spiderman action figure taped to it. "I have a lot of pain in my feet due to peripheral neuropathy, and was looking for comfortable shoes. Not being able to find any, I made my own out of a pair of socks, the bottoms of old "tiddies" and duct tape. They are very comfortable, fit my feet perfectly and best of all, if the bottoms wear out, I just add more tape. I have always believed that you can fix anything with duct tape, and my children even give me rolls for Christmas, Fathers Day and my birthday" - Anonymous

"Well I had to make this poster about a famous math guy in my geometry class. So I ran out of clear tape so I just used Duct tape for the hole poster to hold up the pictures and info and stuff. I thought it looked good but I have no Idea what my teacher thought. But hey I got credit!"- Matt Endicott

"My aunt uses duct tape, positioned sticky-side up, on her tables to discourage her cats from jumping on the tables. It works. However, it is not recommended that anyone puts duct tape directly on cat's fur. I've obtained many many cat bites and claw scratches from that (every time after the first was an accident). Also, my mom likes to place random strips of duct tape, also sticky side up, on the floor by walls and effectively traps spiders and other bugs" - Jae
"When I was in high school, I played the "bride" in "Father of the Bride." Opening night I tripped going down some stairs backstage during the show and ripped out the back zipper of my bridal gown! I only had about 3 minutes to get back on stage so the mistress of costumes did her best - she grabbed a roll of white duct take and taped the dress to my back and sent me back out on stage!"- Jean
