Duke Nukem Forever Pre-Order:

So Tickle-Theater Community,

I bought a Duke Nukem Forever Gold Edition Preorder kit in 2004.

It included a code I could enter on XBL or PSN to give me all solid-gold weapons, as well as an internship with 3D Realms, 12 Volumes of Concept Art-Books, and 20 DVDs discussing the Making of Duke-Nukem Forever.

Rather than returning it in exchange for $10.00, I'm bored, and looking for creative ways to dispatch of it FOREVER.

Wait... they actually sold you that? lol. To be honest I'm surprised you bought it. I'm glad they officially declared the game to be dead, because there was no way it would've lived up to the hype.

Yeah; I know. I think I might have gotten ripped off. I mean Seriously; an Internship with 3D Realms? Wait; it was a CONTEST to WIN an internship with 3D Realms. Either that, or help design concept-art for Shadow-Warrior 2: the Rise of Lo-Wang.

And I knew it would NEVER live up to the hype.I just wanted to see how much suck it would be... how DATED it was. I laughed when Zero-Punctuation ripped it a New asshole. Check it:

one of those Pre-Order deals. I think the Giveaway was the white-printer stock on the DVD Case with permanent Marker that said 'Duke Nukem Forever.'

that, or the crapload of Bootlegged DVDs that were on the same table with it.

Or the fact the guy who sold it to me didn't speak a word of english.

You never know, seeing as it's a non-existant game yeah it was obviously a rip off.

Personally i reckon it was ten bucks well spent, as it gives you a good Duke-Nukem Forever anecdote to any gaming conversation 😀
