I don't have a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 or Nintendo Wii  since my Xbox (original) and Playstation 2 broke. But i will buy one of theses three systems since what i saw at E3  A friend of mine just got a Playstation 3 and the new Grand Theft Auto

But i have been watching the E3 coverage on G4Tv and thier are so many amazing and great games and demo's for the consoles that i have watched and heard about on tv and that i wanna play and get my hands on.

If anybody else has been watching E3 Live also then what game or game's are keeping your interest?

LittleBigPlanet

I am a XBOX 360 owner and I have to tell I think that Microsoft clearly had the better show out of the three. When they announced that Resident Evil 5 and Final Fantasy XIII for the XBOX I'm sure PS3 owners everywhere just got lost there meals. Those where suppose to be exclusive PS3 titles, but not anymore. Then the announcement of a new Halo game that is being developed by Bungie just got everyone hyped. And no i am not talking about Halo Wars. Lets see, Rockband 2 was announced to comeout in September exclusivly for the XBOX. Add on the price drop of 50 dollars, not to mention the partnership with netflix, a new dashboard update that is to ipod like, and new avaters, and there is no comparison. LONG LIVE THE 360.

I agree with you Gamemaniac02. Xbox 360 (out of all of the other three video game consoles) it was hands down as xbox 360 that won at E3 Live. Playstation 3 just didn't bring that many games to show off like i thought they would although they did bring a few games to the table (with LittleBigPlanet and Kill Zone 2)

And LittleBigPlanet looks fun

Nintendo Wii didn't bring anything to the table either they brought Wii Music and Wii Resort and the new Wii Remote Motion Plus.

But Xbox 360 (had hardcore game titles and also the casual party/family fun game titles) so something for everybody to play. And also with the Avatar characters (i know that the Wii already has them) but the xbox 360 will bring alot more for thier Avatars then the wii i think with tons and tons of things for them. And not to mention too also be able to rent movies on Netflix.

So for me since i don't own any of the next gen consoles. With the games and everything that was mentioned and shown at E3 Live. I'm thinking about getting a xbox 360 with Live and the whole works.

At their E3 press conference today, Microsoft unveiled a bevy of new features for the Xbox 360 dashboard. And thanks to the massive Intellisponse leak last month, it came as absolutely no surprise to anyone when they also confirmed Xbox 360 Avatars.

John Schappert, head of Xbox Live Services, came on stage to show off the new features, which he boldly claimed will "completely reinvent" the 360. Among them is what Microsoft is calling the "My Xbox" bar (because everything these days starts with either "i" or "My"), which Executive Editor Shane Bettenhausen described as a "Cross-Media Bar with Miis."

Those "Miis," of course, being Avatars. If you missed the leak last month, they're exactly what they sound like -- little characters you create to represent yourself (or whoever else you want to represent, we suppose), which are then featured in some way in the My Xbox bar, as well as eventually being playable in some games. The first game to use Avatars will be Scene It: Box Office Smash, the latest installment in the movies-based party game. Schappert noted that it'll be "very easy to include avatars in a game... plug and play." Avatars will also be used in what Microsoft calls a "Live Party," which players can create in a new community menu. Up to eight people can join a Live Party with their Avatars, where they can then interact with each other in a number of ways: chat, share photos, play games, and perhaps most exciting of all, watch movies with their friends through Microsoft's newly announced partnership with Netflix.

Also confirmed (and also previously revealed in the Intellisponse leaks) was Xbox Live Primetime, which will be a game show-type feature on Xbox Live. The first game playable through it will be 1 vs. 100 (no word on whether it'll feature the likeness of Bob Saget, but it better), which will also make use of Avatars. Xbox Live Primetime will be "the best of television and the best of games," says Schappert, and supposedly you'll even be able to win some sort of real prizes by playing.

this E3 for me was just sad, there wasn't any game that really made me jump from pure gaming joy like the previous onces. all the good stuff was already know a while ago before it so it was more like a video game industry summary for me 🙁

Really GRM13? No game's AT ALL got you interested?

For me it was alot of them, well because maybe since i don't especially own a Playstation 3 or Wii or Xbox 360 yet

I'm a hardcore gamer and for me Xbox has me. Gears 2 and FFXIII are all I need. Now I do however like PS3s line up like Resistance 2 and the epic boss battle that had me hanging on to my seat, but for me Little Big Planet wouldn't keep my interest past casual plays with friends. And Wii was a waste. So many great games this year and I think Darksiders maybe that breakout success story also.

It's not that the game didn't interst me, is just that the once that did, I had already heard of before E3 so it wasn't that big of a thing when it was showcased there.

The games there that I did find interesting where

-DC Universe Online (all they had was interview no gameplay at all, but they will show some at comic con which I hope someone put it on the internet :3 )

-Pikmin (all they did is say they are making pikmin, no videos, screenshot or even concept art to satisfy me, and for me them saying that they are making it doesn't mean anything until their is proof).

-Fallout3 (finally got some gameplay video but really didn't show much)

Yeah Freak_O_Nature that Gears of War 2 game looks amazing stunning and beautiful graphics and awesome looking guns to use on your enemies. Now once i get a xbox 360 i'll be playing Gears of War 2 for sure! and with Xbox 360 Live Play

And Deadspace? that game also looks kick butt! creepy and def eery feeling :ggrin:

Are you a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 user?
